🌊 Surf Instructor Job in Da Nang
Position: SUP Instructor / Surf Assistant
Location: Ngu Hanh Son / Man Thai, Da Nang
As a member of the DANA SURFRENTAL team, you will work directly with customers, support surf and SUP activities, and help create a safe and enjoyable experience on the beach.
No previous professional experience? That’s okay! Training will be provided.
💰 Salary & Benefits
We offer competitive benefits for our Surf Instructor and SUP Instructor positions in Da Nang:
- Trainee period (1–2 months): VND 7,000,000/month + free lunch.
- Full-time position: VND 8,000,000/month + teaching/tour fees + tips.
- Free professional Surf and SUP training.
- Free use of surfboards and SUP boards for practice outside working hours.
- Opportunity to gain practical experience in the growing water sports industry in Da Nang.
🏄♂️ Job Responsibilities
As a Surf Instructor / SUP Instructor, your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing surfboards, SUP boards, and equipment for customers.
- Handling rental agreements and assisting customers with the rental process.
- Guiding customers through basic surfing and SUP techniques.
- Supporting Surf and SUP instructors during lessons and tours.
- Ensuring customers’ safety during water activities.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
✅ Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can swim well.
- Love the ocean and outdoor activities.
- Have basic English communication skills.
- Are responsible, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Enjoy working with customers and as part of a team.
- Are willing to learn and develop their Surf/SUP skills.
Don’t have professional surfing or SUP experience yet? Don’t worry – DANA SURFRENTAL will provide training.
